[9 Sept 2015] – New Showroom Opens in Exeter

[9 Sept 2015] – Leading Devon-based stove manufacturer, Dean Forge, is launching a new showroom in Exeter this Saturday in Marsh Barton, near the Porsche Garage – with open day offers, a prize draw, free food and drink and Pipers Farm cooking demonstration to celebrate its new offering.

Simon Chew, co-owner of Dean Forge comments: “We are really excited to be launching in Exeter this weekend. Customers will be able to take advantage of a fantastic one-off promotion of up to 30% off Dean Forge’s own range and huge savings on other top European brands. We also have discounts on our fantastic range of hand-made products that have all been made right here in Devon.”

To mark the launch of its second showroom, Dean Forge is also unveiling its latest innovation, The Dartmoor Baker – a quirky product that combines a traditional wood burner with a compact oven, meaning that as well as keeping you toasty, goodies such as crumpets, cookies and even pizzas can be cooked in your own front room.

One of these ovens will be up for grabs in an open day prize draw and visitors will be able to try some tasty treats cooked in the stove, as the take a wander around the showroom. Pipers Farm, renowned local butchers, will also be providing some mouthwatering BBQ snacks and giving visitors food demonstrations using the Dean Forge fire pits.

The stove experts will be on hand throughout the day to offer customers advice on which wood burner is suitable for them and information on installation and care. The company provides its clients a complete service, with an in-house experienced fitting team, as well as oil and gas engineers. Keeping business in the family, Simon’s son, Jack Chew, heads-up the support team. He explains, “We give buyers the help they need to install their stove but also provide aftercare, with repairs and glass replacement. We believe this 360-degree service is really important, as our clients don’t need to source various suppliers and it sets us apart from our competitors. ”

The new venue – located in Marsh Barton, near the Porsche Garage – will celebrate local craftsmanship, stocking products hand-made in its factory in Buckfastleigh, Devon. Simon adds: “Our talented team creates beautiful stoves in a traditional way, but with the latest stove technology. We are really delighted that we can now showcase our handmade stoves in Exeter.”
